Shipping & Returns



UK delivery (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays) on UK mainland orders. Delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days once you receive your confirmation email. 

We charge £9.99 shipping on all orders to mainland UK (excluding the highlands).

Delivery estimate may vary, especially during seasonal peaks.

For customers in the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other Offshore addresses, please select the appropriate option at checkout (if you do not, your order will be cancelled). There is a surcharge of £20-35 for shipping to these areas.

Ride or Return 30 Day Guarantee.

Tire Streets believes in a world where quality isn’t only expected, but it’s guaranteed. That’s why we created the 30-Day Ride or Return policy. It’s actually quite simple, you buy your first set, you ride on them for 30 days, and if you don’t like them, return them. See more here

Standard returns:

If you dont qualify for the ride or return guarantee; then our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only unused tyres that have not been driven on or mounted on a vehicle are eligible for return. Please contact a member of our team and they will arrange the collection of your tyres. Once collected and received, a full refund (minus the collection fee) will be credited back to the original form of payment.

If the tyres returned are due to an error made by us, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If the tyres are returned because of any other reasons, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, this will be the same as the shipping cost you paid on your original order. Tire Streets will not accept returns for any item that is: not in its original condition, damaged, has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.

*All returns are subject to inspection by the Tire Streets team and are accepted within 30 days of delivery back to us. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you’re expecting a refund and haven’t received it within 2-3 working days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our online chat or through the contact form in our Customer Care Centre.


If you want to amend your order before it is shipped then please let us know ASAP. Otherwise, we will require to have the order returned and refunded, allowing for a new order to be placed. To return your product please see instructions above.
